Committee is not opposed to the demolition of the rear structures, but feels the front house could be renovated and/or sold to a buyer who would renovate. The current owner received the house via donation and would like to donate the vacant land/sell the property. Committee has asked the CDC to meet with the contractor. City Planning will also connect owner to the Metroparks because the property backs up to the Rocky River Reservation. |
